3 Routines SkinCareAlong WithYourHecticWorkSchedule

A skincare routine that brings about healthy skin, just like exercise, is a daily requirement which not even your busy work schedule can excuse you from performing daily. If there is a Tabata exercise that can slim you down and give you a 30-minutes worth of cardio exercise in just under five minutes, there is also a skincare routine that can give you healthy, beautiful skin, even if youre doing it with one eye shut, in just under 5 minutes.

Dont let your hectic work schedule hinder you from giving your skin the only care it deserves.  Whether you are 20 or 40 or older, here is how your daily skincare routine should look like:

1.Daytime skincare routine  Your daytime skincare routine must prioritize moisturization simultaneously with protection.  Since your skin is exposed to UV, whether directly or indirectly, during your active hours, you should make sure to shield your skin from further sun-induced damage as well as from cell damaging free radicals.  When you have Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Niacinamide, you may do without a skin brightening cream.

Follow these steps:

Step 1:  Cleanse and tone.  Wash your face, neck and chest with a mild cleanser and lukewarm water. Follow through with an alcohol-free toned.

Step 2:  Apply your ampoule, essence and serum.  Make sure it contains high levels of antioxidants, other vitamins and minerals or peptides.  Your daytime cream must exclude retinols which breakdown easily when exposed to sunlight.

Step 3: Moisturize some more. If you have dry skin, most especially, you should layer your thicker moisturizer.  However, if you have oily skin, you may skip this step.

Step 4:  Put on your eye cream. For 20-something skin, this step is not necessary but, for skin thats 30 and beyond, this should be integrated in your routine.

Step 5:  Cover Up. Use a BB cream thats sheer, lightweight and grease-free.  This product is multi-functional, in that, it acts as a moisturizer, sunscreen and a better alternative to thick and creamy foundations.  If your cover up cant seem to mask your dark spots get a Cosmelan treatment.

2.  Nighttime skincare routine Your nighttime regimen must focus on skin repair and regeneration.

Follow this five-step process:
Step 1:  Cleanse and tone.

Step 2:  Apply your prescription only retinoids.  This step is only for those 40 years old and older.

Step 3:  Apply your ampoule, essence and serum.  This may contain retinols. If you have older skin, it wouldnt hurt to have all three for your evening routine.  Ampoules have the highest concentrations, mostly of just one ingredient like Vitamin C.  Essences will have the second highest concentration, usually of a mix of ingredients just as a serum would but will less amounts.

Step 4:  Put on your eye serum and cream.  For skin 40 years and older, this step is a requirement.

Step 5:  Top with moisturizer or antiaging cream.  Sign up the alpha hydroxy acids, glycolic acid, lactic acid and citric acid, to work up a more supple skin for you.

Step 6:  Add in a skin brightening cream.  Do this step only if hyper pigmented skin is your issue.

3.Nondaily skincare.  There are certain steps in your skincare routine that you dont have to do everyday.  Nevertheless, doing such steps periodically can help amp up your daily skincare regimen for a skin thats healthy and within your reach.
Follow these tips to achieve healthy, glowing skin:

Tip No. 1: Exfoliate up to twice weekly.  Exfoliating is not recommended daily or else, it will leave your skin dry and damaged.  Use more concentrated forms of AHAs meant for at-home skin treatment and not as chemical peels. You may also use an exfoliating facial brush with very soft bristles.

Tip No. 2:  Put on a mask.  For just 15 to 20 minutes, you can give your skin a deeply nourishing treat with a mask.  Always rinse with lukewarmwater only.  Do this at least once every week.

Tip No. 3:  Pay your dermatologist or local spa a visit.  Ask for a Cosmelan treatment, an in-office mask procedure that brightens your overall complexion.  If you have older skin, you may also want to periodically go in for a skin rejuvenation session.

Conclusion
Healthy skin can also only be achieved by giving your lifestyle choices a punch sleep well, eat right and exercise its the only way you can enjoy beautiful skin despite your busy schedule.

World news BBC or CNN

What choice should you make while watching world news? CNN or BCC: which news channel is the best one? What are the things that you need while watching some good world news channel? In whatever business you are or what kind of industry you are operating in, you must have knowledge of the latest world news.

Even some new stories and latest events also count for importance. For example, the latest fashion designer exhibition was a big flop, but you still buy the products and shirts from that designer. Whats the benefit of world news?

Remember 9/11. Many people didnt even know of the incident and were living as usual. Different world news channels explored the story and showed the video. (Cant forget the scene even today). Remember the assassination of Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir. People living near the place didnt even know of the event, since there was no electricity in the vicinity areas.

The awareness arose after 1 hour, when different websites and world news channels started showing the death news. (The whole nation was shocked and there was rage of anger for about a week). The roads were blocked and public educational institutes announced holidays for 4 days. Some even announced for a week too. Both CNN and BBC gave a wide coverage to the news. The local news channels were showing more details and much awareness among public.

Whatever the case or event may be, one needs to get a complete world knowledge and awareness of events happening in different parts of the world. For a business person, watching world news is vital. The business could be affected by some flour or oil prices in the country. One needs to know well to expand his investments. The economic inflationary pressures often are un-felt by general public. They must know where they are lying. For example, if income of a person in $10,000. The inflation increases by 3 %, and his income becomes $12,000. Hes is still poor in real terms. (Think of the same scenario, with the size of a pie increasing, but number of people eating the pie increasing too, where do you lie?)Theres is no difference in real terms.

For bakeries watching world news is important. The demand in increase in baked products is a reason for increased flour prices. The increased oil and petrol prices are important for transport businesses, since the price of oil has increased in the world market. People and traders dealing in Soya and food commodities must also know about the overall price increase in the world market. Why gold smiths should be out of the market analysis? The daily watch of gold prices (both international and local) is of vital importance to them. Whatever the business may be, one needs to have a complete knowledge of world news.

3 Online Writing Tips for Your Self-Development Course

Learning at home has come a long way from correspondence courses conducted through the mail. Now students can learn through a mix of video and audio content, with access to personal tutors.

The online education market is expected to reach approximately $325 billion by 2025. Within that, self-development courses help students lose weight, destroy limiting beliefs, or improve their confidence.

Online writing is the key for course creators to reach their audiences and change lives. So how do you create the right content to help people? Read on to find out.

1) Know Your Audience

Knowing who youre going to write for helps you to know what you need to write. How are you going to help your audience?

Spend time in Facebook Groups frequented by your target audience. Make a note of what questions they ask that are related to your course.

Likewise, use websites like Quora to gather a list of questions. What content can you create to answer those questions?

Its a great way to create content that you know your audience needs. Theyre already seeking the answers so you can be the one to provide them.

You can use snippets of these answers in social media posts to lead readers to the full content.

Or consider hot button topics that people always want to read about. How do they link to your content?

2) Plan Your Online Writing Before You Start

Now you know who you need to talk to, you need to know what youre going to say. If youve done plenty of research, then youll have lots of ideas for content.

Dont try and shoehorn all of it into a single blog post or your courses about page. Use your planning phase to break it down into manageable chunks.

Try and keep each piece of content to a single point. What will your reader get out of reading that post?

Planning your writing means you know what that post or piece of content is about. You can order your ideas and logically lead the reader from start to finish.

3) Be Clear and Concise

Theres no point writing War and Peace when your target audience doesnt need that much information. Being concise is a much easier way to be understood.

Online writing needs to be straightforward since few readers will read the entire post. Everyone else will skim the content.

Where possible, avoid using marketing buzzwords. They might be fashionable now but your content dates quickly if you pepper your writing with trendy terms.

Lets look at The Avatar Course compassion project as an example. Their online writing uses short paragraphs and simple sentences to make their point.

Visitors know exactly what to expect from the project.

Be Specific and Honest.

Above all, use your content to demonstrate your expertise and understanding. Youll earn the trust of your readers and theyll be more likely to invest in your self-development course.

Which makes them more likely to invest in themselves.

Getting your online writing right makes all of this development possible. If you want to learn more about marketing online, sign up to get our latest tips for free.

Work from Home Phenomenon

With over $400 Billion generated in the Home based Business arena every year it might be an understatement to say this is a Phenomenon, the home business sector is likend to a wild animal that has been unleashed and its growth tantamount to staggering financial proportions and it is understandable to see why! Over half of all home-based businesses survive the scary five-year mark and they are easy to start and restart when needed.

So what significance does this have for us? And why should this be a point of interest? Well to answer these questions and more I first have to say that writing this was important to me. Working in Corporate America for years and witnessing first hand how devastating losing ones lively hood in a blink of an eye, was really all the motivation I needed to look further into the home business arena.k.a. work from home arena. When you are trading time for dollars at a J.O.B you are susceptible to losing your job due to cutbacks, performance issues, Company mergers, Buyouts, outsourcing, and the list goes on!

The preconceived notion that a dual income will get my family ahead financially can be a trap and it is obvious to see why when we look at what is involved in working outside the home. Such as,

average costs for childcare $5000 over $7000 a year

spend hundreds on dry cleaning, and business wardrobe

Auto maintenance

Gasoline at an average of $1200 a year { could be a lot more depending on size of vehicle and how far you drive to work. Mine was a lot more.}

Lunches

And the list is nearly endless!

That's not to mention the precious time lost with loved ones on account of mom and dad working so many hours just to provide. So with that in mind one can see why working from home or having a home business is so appealing. Thankfully today there are more opportunities than ever for starting a home business. Also there is so much available in the way of funding depending on what type of home business. In some cases you can get funding to start a business plus living expenses till you get on your feet. It just requires a little bit or research!

To get back to the question of, hey, it's great that people are making a lot of money at this, but what's it got to do with me? Don't doubt that this phenomenon that has spread like wildfire and ignited a financially liberating revolution could benefit you and your family immensely. Have you ever thought about it? I would bet money that you have. But in the back our mind we always have that little part of negativity that comes up saying "can I really make a go of it? Remember Joe a few years back spent a fortune trying to get his biz off the ground, I mean, what kind of business could I really start?' Negativity has a way of piling on the doubt and questions, no matter how unfounded, and making scarce with any kind of answer or action. But let it never be so among us! Living in the computer/information age, information is readily accessible to help one get started in their own business. With proper research, time and due diligence on whatever you are researching, odds of success are in your favor. Not only that, but I would encourage any one who wants to get started to start off part time. Continue to work at your current job till the income you are making part time supercedes that of your job. And it will!

The home business phenomenon is catching on because it has become the only viable solution for many families. It provides the opportunity for such amazing benefits as spouses working together, the ability to raise your children at home, financial freedom, peace of mind, and most importantly not having to wake up before the sun does!

When looking to start your own home business or work from home I would encourage finding someone that is successful in whatever area you are looking into that will share their experience and wisdom with you. Then stay focused on this path, have fun at home pouring your heart into your financial liberation and you are likely to be the next great success story in the home business Phenomenon!

However, it is every bit as festive if not more so than how most European nations celebrate it. In Africa there is a great emphasis on the Church, feasting, dancing, and then presents. The African Christmas starts in reality with the Christmas Day service. In Brazil the build Nativity scenes called Presepios. Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve is also considered to be important and is followed by a great Holiday feast. Santa Claus is called Father Christmas and it is believed that he lives in Greenland not the North Pole.

Austria is a European country with some of the world's oldest holiday traditions. For them Santa Claus who they call Saint Nicholas visits children on Dec 6 accompanied by the devil to take an accounting of their good and bad deeds for the previous year. If they have been good they get sweets and toys. On Christmas Eve things are done differently than in the United States. Instead of Santa Claus coming to deliver presents, the Christ Child comes and not only that, he also brings the Christmas tree! Caroling is also a big part of the season in Austria. Actually some famous carols such as Silent Night originated there.

If you want to make a new tradition for your children you can have them receive a call from Santa Claus. This will be a special and magical moment as your children who still believe in Santa get to talk to the Jolly Old Elf himself. You just order the call online and customize it with the good things that your kids have done and what they wanted for Christmas.

Women in India - Her Story in New Millennium

Swami Vivekananda, one of the greatest sons of India, quoted that, There is no chance for the welfare of the world unless the condition of women is improved, It is not possible for a bird to fly on only one wing.

Historical Background:

From ancient to modern period, womens condition-socially, politically and economically- has not remained same they are the target of varied types of violence and discriminatory practices done by men all over the world. and it kept changing with times. In ancient India, it enjoyed equal status with men; in early Vedic period they were very educated and there are references of women sages such as Maitrayi in our ancient texts. But with the coming of famous treatise of Manu i.e. Manusmriti, the status of women was relegated to a subordinate position to men.Need for empowerment emerged due to centuries of domination and discrimination done by men over women . They are object of brutality .India is no different.
India is a mind boggling country. We have, through centuries, created and developed various types of traditions and practices. These traditions and customs, good as well as awful, have become a part of our societys collective cognizance. We worship female goddesses; we additionally give incredible significance to our mothers, daughters, sisters, wives and other female relatives or friends. But at the meantime, Indians are additionally renowned for treating their women badly both inside and outside their homes.
Indian society comprises of people belonging to almost all kinds of religious conviction. In every religion women are given an exceptional place and every religion teaches us to treat it with respect and dignity. Yet some way or another the society has so developed that various types of ill practices, both physical and mental, against women have become a norm since ages. For instance, sati pratha, practice of dowry, female infanticide, parda pratha, sexual violence, wife burning, sexual harassment at work place, domestic violence and other varied kinds of discriminatory practices; all such acts consists of mental as well as physical element. The reasons for such behaviour against women are numerous but the most important one are patriarchal system of society and the male superiority complex. Though to eliminate these ill practices and discrimination against women several self-help groups and NGOs are working in this direction; various constitutional and legal rights are there but in reality there are a lot to be done for breaking the societal hindrances and achieving great heights in all dimensions: political, social and economic. But society as a whole has still not acknowledged women as being equal to men and crimes or abuses against women are still on the rise. For that to change, the societys orthodox mind set needs to be changed through social conditioning and sensitization programmes.
Therefore, the concept of women empowerment not just concentrates on giving women strength and aptitudes to rise above from their miserable circumstances however in meantime time it also stresses on the need to teach men regarding women issues and inculcating a sense of respect and obligation towards women as equals.

Wind Turbines--Build One Yourself Get Free Power

Wind turbines are the answer to today's high cost of energy. Totally independent from the price of oil,gas or coal, electricity created from wind power is the best answer to one of today's most pressing problems--the high cost of fossil fuels. There are other solutions which can help of course. Solar power is a good example but,at the present time, solar panels are still very expensive and have limited power output. Their best use is as an adjunct to wind power. They can be used in the form of roof panels on a building to supply additional power.

Nuclear power is another obvious answer and this form of power is being developed in various places around the world. The initial cost of nuclear power plants is very high however and there is much opposition to their use after the Three Mile Island and Chernobyl accidents. Properly built and supervised nuclear power stations will probably be a large part of future power supply around the world.

Wind power is presently the most promising power source for small scale power generation. Individually owned wind power generators can supply a substantial portion of our power requirements in the years immediately ahead. Many companies are now offering wind turbine generators for sale to the general public and they are being installed by city and country property owners on an ever increasing scale. Another alternative is to build your own wind turbine at a very substantial saving. Any home owner or farmer in city or country can use this form of cheap power and be totally independent of the power company. It is not necessary to have continuous high winds. Even a gentle breeze will generate power.

An excellent wind turbine power generator can be built from new or used auto parts. It can be installed on the roof of a building or free standing with its own tower. The construction of the generator from available plans and instructions is actually quite simple and the average home workshopper will have no trouble in building one or several of these machines. Any excess power which is generated can be sold to the local power company in many areas. This type of wind turbine was extensively used on farms in the 1930-1950s period and was proven very reliable. Two or three of them can be built to supply as much power as needed and the power can be stored in batteries ready for use. Build it and the wind will come--bringing free power along with it.
